Very efficient service. All involved in my care were very kind and friendly. Andrea was great - she really put me at ease. Elena was great too.
Suggested improvements
Only a note for the hospital - more seats outside the entrance to the unit. Most of us were here 20 minutes early and had to stand before the unit opened.

Listen more to the patients - clarity - get back to patients when the ask questions and not sure of the answer - get involved with care.

The staff are very caring and as a great job. At times the service is stressed due to shortage of staff. The staff are extremely patient and handle difficult without patients well.

The staff were very busy. Lots of different people to deal with.

My daughter felt at ease. Whilst I fell asleep the night doctor (blue outfit, hijab/checked her and also made her listen to her an heart beat. My daughter liked her and ouria was great got my parking sorted.
Haydee was brilliant sorry cant remember all nae. Davina was also great.
Suggested improvements
Service in the ward and great, from nurses to doctors to tea lady. Keep it up.
